Rodney Hart
Rod Hart’s loved ones are asking for your support. Rod was diagnosed with Stage IV Clear Cell Renal Carcinoma (Kidney Cancer) at the end of September 2009. He had his left kidney and adrenal gland removed on October 5th 2009. Rod was re-hospitalized just before the holidays due to the fact that 4 brain tumors were affecting his cognitive processes causing him to endure grueling radiation treatments five days per week. Rod is unable to work due to his medical condition and his wife, Donna, is currently unemployed resulting in surmounting financial hardship.

Sue Charette
We are family and friends of Sue Charette and we’re asking for your help on her behalf. This past summer Sue was laid off from her job and was diagnosed with colon cancer. She is fighting a very tough battle. After surgery and radiation, she is now in the second round of chemotherapy. Each treatment finds her one step closer to restoration of health and well being.
As if her struggle was not tough enough, she also has no insurance. As you can imagine, the costs of these life-sustaining treatments, medications, etc. are extraordinarily expensive. Worrying about these costs while undergoing these very taxing treatments is more than any person should ever have to bear. Fortunately, Sue has always been a fighter. To help with these costs, we have formed an alliance with My Friends Care Cancer Fund, a 50l-(c)3 non-profit organization that assists cancer patients in raising funds for medical expenses.
Here’s how you can help. By making a contribution to My Friends Care on Sue’s behalf, you can help cover the treatments that she needs to continue to battle this disease. Your contribution to My Friends Care Cancer Fund is tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
Every dollar contributed on Sue’s behalf will be matched by an anonymous donor – Dollar for Dollar – up to Ten Thousand Dollars.
Yes, these are tough times for most everyone, but we’re asking for your help
to ensure that Sue is able to continue receiving the vital treatments she needs for a second chance at life. Please give what you can.
